I have lived in Santa Rosa over 30 years. I raised my 2 children here and we all think it is a safe and wonderful place to live. The price of realestate has gone up so much that neither of my children can purchase a home and one has moved away to be able to afford home ownership. There is more crime than when they grew up but still not as much as in other areas.
