All the taxes there are high. I do not know personally as far as facts on air conditions/quality there but I did read on a city guide/rating sight that it is ranked as one of the worst. I would be curious to know why, but that is just maybe something you might want to further research. The crime is super low at about 250 violent crimes per 100,000. I believe most towns are 400 or above. There is about 10% of population working in some type of law enforcement so that probably helps.
