Review of St. George, Utah

What are you worried about?
Star Rating - 10/30/2007
St. George is a great place to live. There are TONS of things to do, if you're into recreation and what not. The religion "issue" seems to worry many who are interested in moving to St. George. I don't know about you, but in every city, there is some kind of "issue" going on. Moving to St. George would be like moving to any other city, making new friends, doing new things, and experiencing one of the most beautiful places on earth! (Check out Zion's, it's amAziNg!)

This is more a reaction to Chucks reaction. um I live in St george... I am not mormon, I have never seen any "sister wives" or brainwashed folks around here. I will admit the local LDS (mormons) folks dominate the culture around here... but it seems to be changing a little over time. Also I will also willing say my mormon neighbors do invite us over all of the time to participate in their activities... but I woudl hardly say basketball and softball are cult like activities... also I have been working here for a few years now and have never been persecuted for my non religious beliefs... I in fact my employer has never even asked me about my religious points of view... again, that isn't true about my co-workers... but honestly to Chuck, dude you need to take a chill pill about the mormons... they are pretty cool... and if you ever actually got to know any of them you woudl know they are certainly not "a Brainwashed cult"... in fact I have even seen a couple of them argue what it means to be a good mormon... if they are all "Brain washed" how does that work... IMHO Chuck has an axe to grind... for anyone worried about these "scary mormons" go live in the bible belt and tell me you don't get preached to more there in a small city like st george!

The mormon cult is alive and well in St George.I lived there many years and my family was under constant attacks by members of the LDS.Even though I was married my wife was approached by many sister wives to convert to mormonism. That is how it is done. The brainwashed wives go out into the community of non followers and try to recruit new women even though she may be married. The fact of the matter is they are after your wife and children. They will stop at nothing to destroy your family. My children were persecuted daily at school for not being Mormon.I had to travel all the way to Vegas for work. They will not hire non mormon employee's.Beware of Mesquite NV,Littlefield and Beaver Dam and Scenic AZ aswell. All of these spot are Cult havens as reported by Anderson Cooper on CNN.This is a real testiomony and a real warning about the Cult presence in the St George area.
