I owned a great business in Stockton as well as a home ....... robberies at BOTH (within the same week) are telling my family and I to move out of state.
There is a problem with homeless people , crime , drugs , and general cleanliness of this "great" city. The water is terrible to drink , and the cost of living is too high . If you would like to live in a "safe" area , you can expect to pay upwards of $650,000 for your home. Otherwise be prepared for the worst. I am joining the ranks of many friends and moving to Washington or Oregon.
