Temecula is a great little city. Smallish but is booming. The last 5 years have seen tremendous growth in housing and school. The San Diego and LA areas are driving the real estate costs it seems. Most peopel that live here commute. Wonderful area, mild climate for the most part. I tgets a bit hot during the Summer, but about 9 months of the year it is wonderful. Lots of scenery and wine country.
