Coming from Dallas where you need AC 3 mths/24 hrs a day every year; the weather here is unbeatable! It gets warm during the day in the summer (we used the AC for about 3 wks, at night, this summer) but it usually cools down at night. This is the why the # of wineries keep expanding, the grapes love hot days and cool nights; so do we!!! We have lived in several places but we will def. retire here. It's worth every last dime of the cost of living because quality of life is priceless! My son can play golf every day, atleast 360 days a year! Some life huh?
