I moved here about a year and a half ago, and now I'm leaving. Toledo is no place to come if you are trying to advance your career, or if you have any cultural pursuits. The only real plus about living here is that you are close to other, more interesting cities. Toledo is also good if you have a family, as the suburbs are very nice. If you are considering moving here, then use caution. Jobs are scarce, so you wanna land one before you come. If you are an extrovert, be careful...as Toledoans are cliquey and quite rude. Finally, if you have children, make sure you send them to suburban schools, as the public school system in the city proper is kind of messed up right now. Oh, and nightlife...forget about it.
