Depressing

I've lived all over the country and this has to be one of the most depressing cities in the U.S. The Auto Industry and their Unions have a vice-like grip on progress in this area. People here are angry and mean. (Probably because they live here). There is nothing to do but go to a chain restaurant. The weather is horrible and the landscape is as flat and dull as the town's vibe.
