Torrance has everything you need within a short drive or bike ride, or even walk. Most of the area is level enough for easy walk or ride. Shopping, medical and entertainment are all close. Ofcourse, the convenience has brought in a lot of people and housing is high; but once you're here, it's easy to enjoy the perks.
