Review of Washington, District of Columbia

beautiful Washington
Star Rating - 9/27/2005
Albeit expensive, Washington is truly one of America's most beautiful cities.
Moreover, the diversity is a big plus here. There are a large number of well educated folks, major universities within the city limits, great libraries. I live on capitol hill - within walking distance there a french, german, spanish, turkish, chinese, Indian, cuban, Italian, Thai, Japanese, and Mexican resturants (along with the generic American) - I can walk to a major grocery store, seven different dry cleaners - etc - there are several major hositals - some world famous - all the mjor sports - just an ideal place to live.
