DC Life not good

I lived in the DC area for 5 years. Here are my experiences.
Pros:
1) Great restaurants
2) Smithsonian
3) National monuments
4) Georgetown nightlife
5) Bike trails
Cons:
1) Transient city, everyone is from somewhere else
2) Very hard to make friends, most people have bad personalities
3) Housing costs are very high
4) Lacks a hometown culture, what is unique about DC? After 5 years I could not tell
Please consider this list of Pros and Cons when thinking about moving to DC.
