If you like your weather warm but not desert sizzling this might be a good choice. Wildomar has hotter summers than the ocean affected LA area but cooler than the desert areas to the east. Planting Zones are Sunset 18 /19 or USG 10 making for a relatively moderate climate on the warm side.
Coupled with affordability and access to LA and San Diego it makes for a good compromise.
