This area, Tallyville, is north of Wilmington and away from it's crime and other urban issues. It consists of a number of quiet and well kept communities with home prices ranging from about 250K to 850K. Center City Philadelphia is a 25 commute by auto; one can drive to Wilmington in 10 minutes. The area's main shopping corridor, Concord Pike, is home to numerous quality restaurants and stores. The Brandywine School District is one of the best in Delaware. All things considered, this is a great area (and hide-away) for professionals working in either Wilmington or Philadelphia.
