What's Going on in N. Las Vegas

I have only lived in N. Las Vegas for seven months, but have enjoyed all of it. There is so much growth in the area it is amazing. New homes, a new casino, retail, food, apts., community center, schools, etc. The weather is beautiful, blue skies everyday, it does get hot, "but it's a dry heat". Coming from the Midwest, I see a big difference in alot, it's a much faster pace, more people and traffic, but the population is over twice as many, so you would expect that. I love Las Vegas, and know most people only think about the "Strip", but there is a much larger city than just Las Vegas Blvd. and there is a big community of normal people living in it, come and see!!
