Review of Mckinney, Texas

Charming town
Star Rating - 4/23/2022
Very charming town. This city has been extremely discipline and not trying to keep up with neighboring cities to bring big name outsiders and because of it has tons of local stores and truly one of the most unique, European feeling historic downtown in the country. It also has done a great job with its city parks and has several large and unique parks similar to Plano. However McKinney parks are unique because almost all of them are connected somehow to each other. Not too many hotels or shopping plaza and in fact McKinney which has over 200,000 people does not have a mall which is unheard of in Texas! They do have several mom and pop bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and boutiques all around the city and not just the 100+ in downtown. There are two shopping plazas with big chain stores.
