Denison definitely has four seasons, although the spring and fall can sometimes be brief. Temperatures in the summer can soar above 100 while winter usually always includes at least one snow fall with below freezing temperatures. Spring celebrates the arrival of many different types of wildflowers along the roadside. Fall color is not as spectacular as say the mountain areas or the northern states, but we do have some.
