We have had about 2 days of sun in the past 2 months !!! No worries about sun related aging. It rains so much people wear diving masks on their way to work !! And how about half a million for a concrete and steel box downtown ?? Complete with a balcony the size of a phone booth !! Dogs have their own bedrooms and refuse handouts from strangers. Lots of lovely street art and progressive thinkers. Home of the nose ring. Alternative paradise......love it,,,,love it......yeah....the is the place !!
