This is a small affulent community that is well established with great access to the freeway. There is so much to do with great resturants, plays, concerts, and a peaceful community. Winters are in the 40-50's and unfortunately the summers are 90-100's. Our hot weather is from July to the first of September. Alot of sunny days. Traffic is getting bad, but it is a bedroom community for Sacramento.
