I am considering moving to Delores

Hi, I am looking for feedback about the climate here, what is the normal for humidity levels year round, is Dolores a very sunny town? Also, does it snow a lot if so does it melt quickly and are the snows dry over the wet heavy type? Are they few bugs lol I don't enjoy these. Are the people kind and neighborly, helpful if need be? Are there many home town businesses? Would you consider it a unique place to live and a fun place to do outdoor things?
