My review would be this High crime rate that we did Not realize while we lived there, and also which I am shocked! Not staying after lease is up, Although some people are nice and friendly but not all am ommitting a few things so I am not harassed in any way, not the best area, try fleming island , st augustine, southside jacksonville or else pontte vedra area.
Stay away from this area.
But had to feel that it was shared because to warn others, not to be critical only to warn.
