I'm sure that Tyler has its problems. If I had to live in a slum in Tyler, I would at least have my own home and the cops wouldn't hassle me like they would if I was homeless. I understand that a slum has no water heater. I'd have to heat water on a stove but as long as I have electricity and a stove, there shouldn't be a problem as far as that goes. If I could add enough inside walls to make a real small room, that too would be a big help if I was allowed to do it
