Braintree is a well rounded town with a long history, and a presidential pedigree. Braintree has an excellent school system, parks and recreation facilities (including Sunset Lake!), an AMC movie Theater, and a large business tax base. South Shore Plaza shopping area has retail galore, eateries of all kinds, and hotels. Braintree has its own Light/Electricity utility providing affordable electricity and cable to the entire town. World class entertainment, educational, and medical venues are just 30 minutes away by train in the Boston Metro area. Home of John Adams, John Quincy Adams, John Hancock, and Augustus Sylvanus Thayer, there is a significant historic pedigree. There is just too much to list here!
