Overbuilt and traffic is a nightmare

There is so much overbuilding and the rush hour traffic is a nightmare, even out of season. And in season, all the retired snowbirds are on the roads during rush hour, so they can go to the early bird specials. There are very few access roads because of all the gated communities. All of the traffic is funneled onto just a few main roads. And all of the main roads are under construction, so lanes are closed etc. Very soon this place is going to look like Hialeah. (not good).
