Homeowners Insurance
Star Rating - 9/24/2007
My husband and I are considering moving to Mobile and are a little concerned that the homeowners insurance may be high due to the hurricanes. And do most homeowners policies include windstorm coverage? I'd also appreciate any general advice anyone can give. Thanks!

the cost of insurance depends on how close to the water your home is located at. We have our home in Fairhope...25 minutes from mobile and the insurance is $85/month. The best thing to do is call state farm or any other insurance company to get a free quote. good luck Mukti

Have you thought about contacting an insurance agent so you could get the proper info and not just hearsay?
