I’ve lived here for 24 years. Cupertino is totally convenient. Literally library, parks, grocery stores, all shopping, bakery’s, restaurants, all within walking distance. City government is great, planning department has made the city beautiful, crime is low, schools are the best, real estate only appreciates, and perfect weather. Average it out year round to 70. People are friendly, and I must add, it’s close to Santa Cruz, San Jose and San Francisco. A couple of hours from Napa and in the other direction, Carmel and Monterey. Health care is close by and great, many dentists, etc. Many day spas, hair salons, nail salons, dog parks. Concert venue’s are close by. It’s an amazing city. You would be hard pressed to find anything this great. The schools, low crime, weather, great health care, shopping and convenience sold me. My home has gone up over 1 million dollars in that amount of time, and I live in a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Love this city!
