Good Value for the Money

Wellington is considered a higher end community in Florida, but with the housing collapse in Florida, it has become good value. Good sized homes in nice communities with A rated schools. There are plenty of events in the town such as free summer concerts, great parks and a terrific community center.
The town is mostly young families, so if you have kids, it's probably the place you want to be in South Florida.
