Moving here in my mid forties sixteen years ago I can honestly say it took me the greater part of a dozen years before I became one of those type of people out-siders often dislike. A man with a California lic. plate. Investing in Southern California real estate can be both, extreamly rewarding, or not, if you are not ready for the down turn markets. People here melt in from all walks of life and from every where on earth. Making it one of the most interesting places on the planet to live. Work, or play can be enjoyed with in a hours drive in any direction. Including the beach. Make it a point to always drive against the flow of traffic. Take vacations when others are working and work when others are out of town on vacation. Living here requires an open heart as well as an open mind. There are a lot of good folks around here if one will open their eyes to see.
