Downtown LA - South Park Neighborhood

While not as comfortable as a suburban "city living" type of location (think Pasadena) or as busy and vibrant as a more evolved urban neighborhood (almost any neighborhood in San Francisco), South Park is evolving into a desirable place to live. The lack of street level retail will hopefully change as the neighborhood grows and matures.
