I guess that depends on what one may consider "closed minded". I moved from my hometown in Louisiana to Portland Oregon I can say from first hand interactions that liberals on the west coast are the most closed minded people ive ever met. Ive convinced a few texans that black people arent trash but in Oregon you cant even convince a white person that white people arent trash. They are so deluded that its frightening.
