Miserable city

I live in Cleveland for 7 long miserable years. I have lived in many cities and towns across the US and I can truthfully say that Cleveland is the only city where I got extremely depressed. Cloudy, cold and either rain or snow most of the time. The city is dismal to say the least. Crime runs rampant, you just don't feel comfortable in any part of the city. Roads are in deplorable shape. Racism is rampant, jobs are few and far between. Their transit system sucks at best. If you are thinking about moving here, just don't do it!
