Nice but say in compliance

I have moved into Hot Springs Village less than 2 months ago. Within that 2 month time period I have had the POA compliance authorities come to tell me I was out of compliance on an issues which was valid. Compliance officer was very nice. I was out of compliance because I still had not completed removing all items from the front of my home associated with the move. It felt like I was being watched by my neighbors. Let a bad feeling, not as welcoming. A person in authority told me there were people that looked for stuff to complain about. The golf courses are very nice. The men golfers are very competitive with each other. Not as friendly as the people I played with in my previous hometown due to the competition. Most people we have meet have been very friendly though. Just be aware of the compliance issues so you won't get off on the wrong foot with the "Villagers"!!!!! It can make you question your choice for your new home.
