Temecula is the place to Be!!!

I’ve owned in San Diego, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Big Bear, and now Temecula in both 2010-2013 & 2020-2022. This city is absolutely amazing, it is at the edge of San Diego County, has the best weather of Riverside County, and has amenities beyond anything found in Riverside and most of San Diego County. 1.5 hrs to LA & attractions, 1 hour from San Diego City & attractions, 25-30 minutes from the beach. Schools are better than anything found within 100 miles and most of the US. It’s by far the most beautiful city I’ve ever lived, yes it has no beaches but your 25 miles to Oceanside and about the same in minutes from the beach. Much cooler weather and scenery than most of all Southern California, it’s just beautiful and has about everything you’d ever want 25 to 55, without a doubt.
