Decent Place to live

We have lived here for going on 7 years and it is a decent place to live. We rent because most of the houses are higher than what we would care to pay for now but prices are coming down. If it wasn't for the snow n cold weather it would be a great place to live. I have arthritis and my wife is Filipina so cold doesn't really agree with either of us. Plenty of jobs and fine Churches also.
