Quiet Little Section of the San Fernando Valley

Having just moved here from Encino, I appreciate the openness and quiet nature of its streets. Despite being just up the street from a major state university, CSU Northridge, we enjoy the relative tranquility of this area. When we open our windows during the weekdays, we hear the soothing, gentle white noise of children playing in a nearby schoolyard. Northridge also features plenty of dining options and a nice regional mall.
