Carrollton is the epitome of 'below average'. It is a college town severely lacking in decent restaurants, (besides the obligatory Ruby Tuesdays and Applebee's)  More

... you like heat, humidity, swamps, mosquitos and fleas, and an uneducated population. The schools are awful, awful, awful and there is nothing here. No real "town" -  More
