This city has a lot of potential, but it could use some work. For example, it seems to lack things that other cities have. And there is a lack of atmosphere and charm.  More

The City of Warren has built several apartment buildings in the City of Warren. Some are rented based on income the others at market rent which has been $600 to $700.  More
