Cocoa benefits = super low property taxes, very little hurricane damage in last 40 years, grow anything (we grow 40% of what we eat in a regular neighborhood lot) 17  More

This town did not get the nick names Crime Hills/ Hover Hills (because of the frequent helicpoter's fyling over) for no reason. You might want to check your crime stats  More
