I grew up and attended school in Fulton from 1962 to late 1970's. It was a great place to live but the businesses eventually died off and unemployment became high. In  More

If you like snow and water this is a great area to live. The cost of living is low. You are very close to Lake Ontario, The Fingerlakes and the Erie Barge  More
