2. Affordable place to live
3. Good school system
4. Nice physical setting and climate
5. Diverse, stable economy

Cons:
1. High crime rate
2. Huge problem with gangs and drugs
3. No major league sports teams
4. Rapid growth and sprawl
5. Poor air quality
