The judiciary in New Mexico is a joke. Criminals are violent and drug use is rampant. Innocent people are beaten to death in their own homes. New York City no Albuquerque. The courts coddle the criminals and the penal system has a revolving door. Don't believe anything you read in Forbes magazine or the city's chamber of commerce. There are not enough police and even if there were the judges let the crooks go free. Unfortunately I have lived here 14 years and I will leave this state for a safer place as soon as I am able.
