Moved here in Jan. and loving it

We moved to Austin in Jan. and absolutely love it here. We live in the norht east part of Round Rock. We live in the community called Terra Vista. We have a Troon golf course, club house and swimming pool/tot pool. Back home our communities didn't have as many amenities.
This part of Round Rock is just starting to be developed. There is an outlet mall and Ikea being built at our exit. I'm pretty excited about living in an area that is developing because property values can only go up.
As far as the drive to Austin. There is traffic but it does move. I'ld say it takes about 1/2 hour or so.
Georgetown is really cute! I just saw their downtown yesterday it sprawls for blocks not like the one block in Round Rock.
