A place to live as good as any other

20 years here, I still think this is the best place. Cost of living has risen but we are still way under overpriced cities like LA or SF, not to mention NYC. Austin is democratic and quite liberal, trying hard to stay "weird" it's true but if you don't try you don't get! Diversity is the definition of the US, Austin is just that. Happy people are a majority here, that's all that counts! :-)
