Great lakes, lots of running trails, hiking, kayaking, Barton Springs pool, gently rolling hills for long bike rides, Lake Travis for boaters, great fishing and hunting, you name it Austin has it. Austin is on par w/ San Diego and Boulder as one of the best cities in the country for outdoor enthusiasts.
