Austin is number 1 in real estate, job growth, and so much more.
We have an educated work force due to UT, very fit, support local business, diverse and accepting of diversity, great for singles, families and seniors alike. Our rents are going up as is housing demands due to builders running out of lots to build on. Great time to invest in Austin Real Estate.

Well I appreciate your uneducated opinions. I guess Money Magazine, Kiplinger, and all the respected sources are wrong. I would love it if negative people like you would leave, that way us that love this town can enjoy it just that much more. I have a feeling you would hate every city you live in because that is just the type of person you are. I will buy you a ticket on the first bus out of town if you like.

Hey Don you are so full of it. Austin is not a great place to live, why because traffic is so awful and Austin has the # 3 worse traffic in the country. Jobs are not great because a lot of college Kids and spanish people living here illegally are taking over the jobs. I just found a house for rent and its wasn't high and its wasn't hard to find. This is not a place for seniors because there too many young rowdy adults living in Austin Tx. Most of the people here are a bunch of snobs. Some nice people around but not many. I am moving back to the west coast because I am very tired of the heat and humidity and tired of the horrible traffic. Also Tired of can't go outside to do something fun because its so damn hot and humid. I am thinking of Oregon where the weather is more comfortable and a whole lot less traffic and many sight seeing in Oregon.

Wow, what a Kool-Aid drinker. Housing prices are dropping through the floor and people are moving out. LOL, but Austin IS NOT great for families. Too many anti-family Liberals live in this town.

Hello Don, we might be needing to move to Austin area soon as company has asked us to re-locate there from southern Nevada. We would need help finding a home. The only draw back that we can see is the very high property taxes. Think you could help with that. Just kidding. Sincerely, Reilly
