No Thank-You Can't Wait to leave horrible Allergie

I have lived here a year now and for me it has been horrible. We are from California and were living in Charleston, SC temporarily before coming to Austin. We moved here for my husband because of his degree in Computer Science and the industry for it out here. For me personally it does not offer what I was looking for! It has bad traffic just like California and is not cheap either our rent for a tiny 1bedroom is going up after just a year. Alot of people like it out here for various reasons, but being I was looking to get away from the whole overcrowded and high prices of Cali it is the same in Austin. Now the allergies have been horrible for me my skin has been under attack and I have had to start under going allergy shots and medicine. I am not talking minor allergies it was so bad that I was sick for 3 months because of my skin having hives, come to find out Austin is the worst place for allergies. We are not staying here and moving back further to the real South and friendliness of Georgia or South Carolina.
Postives Austin has some good lakes and outdoor recreational amenities and the history museum downtown is good, the weather is not bad. If you want houses that are close together and lots of traffic and scorpions then it is good for that. Austin prides itself on it's motto "Keep Austin Weird" well you can go downtown see for yourself and you can keep Austin it is not where I want to raise a family!
