Why Austin Is the BEST place to live

Now I am a little bias because I have lived here my whole life (I now work in the hospital I was born in) but in my opinion Austin is the best place to live by far. I would never consider moving anywhere else. I am not closed minded either, I have traveled to lots of other states. I am also not an uneducated red neck and I do not ride my horse to work as some people think we Texans do. Although we do not have NFL, MLB or NBA teams, it doesn't mean we are a boring city. Who wants all the traffic and noise that comes with that? We do however have a dynamic college football, basketball and baseball team. GO HORNS!!!! It might be hot here in the summer time but most of us native Texans like it hot. When it gets hot, most of us can be found at our beautiful and beloved lakes and rivers. The ones downtown are not the ones you want to swim in though, go futher north and you will find Lake Travis. Yes, Austin is outgrowing itself but that is only because everyone moves here. The rude people you run into are not from here, they are transplantations from the north. And if you don't like it here then move, because we don't like your attitude anyways. There are lots of neat places to go and things to do, you just have to be open minded. Eeyore's birthday and Spam-o-rama are the most original festivals I have ever been to. The night life is great but sometimes 6th street is not the happening place go a little futher out. If you are thinking about moving here and are a decent person we'd love to have you, if you left because you didn't like it here I hope you find what you are looking for.
