Living in the Baltimore City is great, except for the crime and violence. It is very scary when you can't take a walk in the park without looking over your shoulder, and having your mace ready. The biggest problem is with the teenage population when it comes to violence. They beat a neighbor of mine into a comma for his wallet and watch. This is not uncommon. They throw glass bottles in the street and at cars, and there is no consequence.
