Boulder is a great city!!!!

Can be pricey due to the restrictions on sprawl (which I think is great).....who needs another Florida. Small areas around Boulder can be better priced and offer a good amount of green space as well.....Louisville, Longmont, Lafayette, Westminster........all within minutes to any outdoor adventures
