Canyon still small town but Growing fast

Have lived in Canyon for over 15 years. Planned on making this our retirement home 12 years before we actually moved here and don't plan on ever leaving. City is growing fast and downtown & around WTAMU / 4th & 23 can get gridlocked with traffic, especially during the school year. Hopefully the development north and west of town will help reduce some of the congestion. The less you have to go through downtown the better.
