WOW...I cant even get a employer to call me back and My resume' is flawless w/ 18 years of experience...I sent out a 100 resume's and nothing...guess it because I am a proud yankee..

I don't see all the job opportunities people are talking about. I've submitted my resume to open positions at BOA and Wachovia and other companies and never hear a thing from them. Right now I know very experienced administrative assistant personnel who are registered with 6 different temp agencies and can't even get a temp job.
